Beginning in 2016, Cuhaci Peterson partnered with Target to provide architectural and multi-disciplined engineering services for their innovation and renovation rollout program. The program expanded from 18 Southeast regionalized projects in year one to over 50 projects spread up and down the east coast in the subsequent years. Cuhaci Peterson recognized the client’s need for overall program management improvement, engaged all stakeholders, presented streamlined solutions and implemented process improvement in collaboration with Target, contributing value beyond just executing on time and budget deliverables.
