Spanning diverse urban and suburban communities from Miami to Orlando and Tampa, this large-scale conversion program exemplified both speed and precision in execution. Each site was meticulously redesigned to align with ALDI’s brand vision—delivering simplicity, functionality and customer-focused layouts while leveraging the existing infrastructure of the former stores.
Cuhaci Peterson is proud to partner with ALDI on their ambitious and transformative program across the state of Florida. This initiative entails the conversion of 54 former Winn-Dixie grocery stores, each averaging 45,000 square feet, into streamlined and efficient 23,000 square foot ALDI locations.
