Leadership – Patrick Gibson

Cuhaci Peterson, a nationally recognized firm of architects, engineers and designers, has taken its commitment to implementing a complete digital transformation to the next level with promotions of Joshua Inman and Patrick Gibson. Inman will take the title of Chief Operating Officer while Gibson will serve as the firm’s new Director of Marketing and Communications.

Inman began his career at CP in 2003 and has held numerous roles in the firm, including project architect and project manager for the firm’s restaurant and food service programs. In his latest role, Inman served as the firm’s Director of Operations, leading digital system upgrades to set CP up for future success.
As COO, Inman will shift focus to operational efficiency. He will be accountable for all production operations, including evaluating and updating business procedures to align with the firm’s strategic future. “I look forward to serving our teams while enhancing the opportunities before us to transform our operations for long-term, continued success at CP,” Inman stated.

Gibson has extensive experience working corporately, and with network and cable television domestically and internationally. In his new role, Gibson will capitalize on his cross-functional leadership of multi-disciplinary teams to oversee the design, development and deployment of company-wide strategic marketing campaigns, communications and thought leadership while leveraging video marketing and content strategies to connect with audiences and grow CP’s digital footprint.

Both Josh and Patrick will be located at the firm’s Maitland, Florida Operations Training Center and will manage teams in the firm’s Central Florida offices as well as some additional remote employees.
