His expertise includes organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, total rewards, and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in numerous mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and public-to-private business transitions, helping organizations navigate periods of significant growth and change while maintaining strong employee engagement and operational continuity.
Ryan began his career with the American Red Cross, where he developed a servant leadership philosophy that continues to guide his approach to team development and employee support.
