Tina Kennedy holds the vital role of Director of Human Resources at Cuhaci Peterson, where she is responsible for managing corporate policies, staff licensure and credentials, legal compliance, and implementing the firm’s mission and talent strategy. Tina has been instrumental in recruiting top-rate talent to CP since she joined the firm in 2005.
A seasoned leader, Tina has been integral to facilitating the firm’s expansion across multiple states and to establishing a strong remote employee presence nationwide. Tina and her team have also bolstered the brand and headcount by building attractive, competitive salary and benefits packages, selling the company to a record-high 250+ employees across five U.S. offices (in addition to remote employees), and building a strong group of resources in Bengaluru, India. This critical role directly translates into employee and client satisfaction and ensures that all employees have current credentials and licensure.
