It’s a pleasure to be part of our collaborative Publix grocery program. This long-term relationship includes rebuilds, renovations and remodels.
This Naples project is a redevelopment of an existing center, including a teardown and rebuild of an older Publix, a canopy remodel and a re-leasing of retail shops. Our services and resulting updates helped lead to an increase in net operating income and a fully leased center.
