Leveraging Our Experience
Our Heartland Dental program includes more than 31 facilities consisting of 17 tenant improvements, 10 ground-up shell buildings and four tenant conversions in the past two years. Our teams are able to rise to the nuances and challenges specific to a dental office program. We leverage our retail design experience effectively while also executing interior space planning and operational flow of non-prototype office footprints.
