“I am convinced that nothing we do is more important than hiring and developing people. At the end of the day you bet on people, not on strategies. — Lawrence Bossidy, GE

Michael Lynch, Executive Vice President for C&P, has been with the company since 1981. He joined not long after his graduation from Kent State University and was one of the first few C&P employees. With dual bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Environmental Design, as well as multiple state licenses, Mike has made significant contributions to the success of the company. His professional experience is extensive and encompasses retail, office, restaurant, healthcare, senior living, mid/hi-rise residential and mixed-use projects.

Over the years, Mike has built solid relationships with many national, corporate clients, due in part to his meticulous methods in all facets of the architectural process. In his spare time, Mike likes to pilot R/C model planes and likens architecture to it, “Architecture is a lot like piloting a plane—you need to anticipate every condition and every possibility you may encounter on your chosen course.” Mike is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
