After joining C&P in 2016 as a Principal for the firm’s food program and corporate retail division, Jeff Suchan took on the role of Chief Development Officer, working hand in hand with the firm’s Principals and Business Development team to continue C&P’s progression as a nationwide, multi-discipline firm.

An alumnus of Kansas State University and the NewSchool of Architecture & Design, Jeff Suchan brings over 20 years of nationwide industry experience with various corporate retail clients as well as retail developers and healthcare clients.  From a small tenant space to multi-million dollar shopping malls, he believes each client deserves the attention that is necessary to meet their schedules and budgets, as well as, build professional relationships.  Jeff holds architectural licenses in several states and is also a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the American Institute of Architecture (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB).
