David Mayer brings more than 30 years of experience to his role as Principal, focusing primarily on clients in the Food, Hospitality, Senior Living and Industrial sectors. His proficiency includes new ground-up construction, redevelopment of existing centers, big-box and medium-box retail, and tenant space build out. He also has a range of knowledge in shopping malls, power centers, hotels, offices, senior living and laboratory design.

Prior to joining C&P, David worked on notable projects involving hotel, grocery, restaurant, retail and C-store clients. Additionally, during his tenure at a Fortune 50 Company he designed and managed the prototype for this big box retailer. His broad industry knowledge also includes design,  code analysis, construction documents and construction administration.

A registered architect, David is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He also serves as the current Chairman of the Board for Pacific Islands University in Guam.
