Orlando, Florida–Greg Simpson is now the Chief Operations Officer for Cuhaci & Peterson. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Simpson has been with the firm for more 15+ years. Prior to his ascension to COO he completed hundreds of projects focused primarily on the sectors of food service, large-scale retail and hospitality. His talent in leadership and high level strategic understanding of the firm and program management has played a key role in the success of those sectors and for the firm.
Michael Lynch has been promoted to Executive Vice President of the firm. A member of ICSC, NAIOP and NCARB, Lynch has been with Cuhaci & Peterson since 1981. He joined not long after his graduation from Kent State University and was one of the first few C&P employees. With dual bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Environmental Design, as well as, multiple state licenses, Mike has made significant contributions to the success of the company. His professional experience is extensive and encompasses retail, office, restaurant, mid/hi-rise residential and mixed use projects.
