Seminole City Center — the retail property formerly known as the Seminole Mall — has landed a new anchor tenant.

Studio Movie Grill, a full-service eat-in movie grill, will open at Seminole City Center in spring 2017, Primerica Group One Inc. and North American Development Group said Monday.
