Construction may start this summer on an upscale neighborhood Windermere shopping center with a new prototype grocer.
Windermere Village — a $20 million, 10-acre project at 5799 Winter Garden Vineland Road on the northeast corner of County Road 535 and Ficquette Road in the booming west Orlando area — inked its first tenant last week, a 22,000-square-foot new prototype of The Fresh Market. It also has several letters of intent from other tenants, Windermere-based project developer, general contractor and land owner Skorman Development Corp.’s President Marc Skorman told Orlando Business Journal.
Orlando-based Cuhaci & Peterson, Architects, Engineers, Planners Inc. is the project architect and Orlando-based DRMP Inc. is the project engineer.Tags: Windermere
