Aldi Inc. intends to renovate its Avenues area store along Southside Boulevard, the first it opened in Jacksonville and one of its first in Northeast Florida.
Aldi applied for a permit to renovate the 21,089-square-foot grocery store at 9041 Southside Blvd. at a cost of $900,000.
The store is in the Southside Square shopping center. No contractor is listed. Cuhaci & Peterson of Orlando is the project architect.
