Keisha McDaniel

Dr. Keisha McDaniel is Director of Marketing and Communications, and leads the execution of the firm’s branding, advertising, media relations, content creation and digital presence. She is also responsible for all strategic and tactical aspects of the firm’s internal and external communications.

She has an extensive background in broadcast, print and online journalism, marketing, digital marketing, publishing, media relations, public relations, newsroom operations, website content development and brand management. Prior to joining the firm, she helped create best-in-class communications and marketing for Darden Restaurants, Abbott Laboratories, America Online(AOL), WebMd Health, Tampa Bay Times, Tampa Bay Business Journal, ABC News, Extra! TV, and Lebhar-Friedman Publishing.

Dr. Keisha earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and english from Alabama A&M University. She also holds an MBA from Florida Metropolitan University, a doctorate in applied management and decision science from Walden University and completed her doctorate residencies at the Universidad de Madrid in Madrid, Spain and the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom.

She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the Society of Professional Women, American Marketing Association and the National Black MBA Association. She is currently on the Board of Directors for Pink Pearl Foundation and the Alabama A&M University Central Florida Alumni Association, and the Board of Advisors for the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and George Washington University College of Business. She has previously served on the Board of Directors for Hope & Help of Central Florida, Alabama A&M University National Alumni Association, Habitat for Humanity of Central Ohio and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Her civic commitment includes leadership roles with the Florida Guardian AdLitem Foundation, Ohio Guardian Ad Litem and Girl Scouts of Citrus.

When she is not working and serving her community, Keisha enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and pets.
