“We have been seeing what is happening in the Orlando-Kissimmee area with all the expansions at Disney and Universal and how the tourism is growing every year. After all the properties that we have done there, we are starting to get a better understanding of the area and we believe this will work in Orlando,” he told Orlando Business Journal.

Kissimmee-based Franklin, Hart & Reid is the listed as the civil engineer on the project and Cuhaci & Peterson, Architects Engineers Planners is the architect working on designs.
