Whether he’s navigating open waters or a complex electrical site design, Tim Conway is the right person to man the helm. Tim, a Midwest native, holds a Master of Administration/Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois. He has an extensive and impressive professional training history, which includes the practice and theory of area and site lighting, electric power generation and distribution, and process control and instrumentation.

Prior to joining C&P as the Vice President of Electrical Engineering, Tim managed and coordinated electrical engineering teams and projects in Illinois, New Mexico, Maryland and multiple points in between. His nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in leadership positions made him the ideal addition to the Cuhaci & Peterson team. A classical music enthusiast, Tim approaches every project with precision and an eye for perfection. “A musician hears what others don’t; he can hear the even the most minute variation in pitch and tone. The same is true with architecture, engineering, design and planning. Our designs have to give our clients more than what other firms have to offer,” he said. “And as a team, we have to be in tune with each other and with every aspect of the project”.
