Project Manager - We are seeking Project Managers who are Licensed Architects to join our growing firm! The candidates we seek will have a minimum of 25 years experience. The candidates will have demonstrated leadership qualities, proven management skills and mentoring abilities in order to lead project teams to generate documents for all design phases, coordinate engineering disciplines, and responsibly maintain project schedules and budgets to promote successful project completion based on client satisfaction and profitability. The candidate will also be responsible for managing current projects that have been awarded.
Senior Project Engineer for Structural, Mechanical and Electrical departments - The Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for the management of medium to large or complex engineering projects, including Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding and Construction Administration. Included is coordination with other disciplines. The successful candidate shall hold an engineering license and shall have a minimum of 15 years experience in a professional engineering office. This position requires a complete understanding of building construction methods, techniques, building systems, cost implications, as well as the major model codes.
Senior Engineering Designer - The Sr. Engineering Designer is the lead designer for a project team representing the discipline. Included is coordination with other disciplines. A minimum of 10 years first-hand experience in engineering design, a 2 year technical degree and/or demonstrated project management experience.
Project Architect - Our Project Architects are responsible for implementing medium to large complex architectural projects, including Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding and Construction Administration--included is coordination with other in-house disciplines. This position requires an architectural license and a minimum of 7 years experience in a professional office. This position requires a complete understanding of building construction methods and techniques as well as the major model codes.
Architectural Graduate - B Arch. required; 2-4 yr. experience in development of commercial CD’s with strong communication skills; recent Retail/Commercial experience required (1 year min.). AutoCAD or MicroStation experience required. Applicants should have working knowledge of commercial projects, client management and leadership skills. Successful candidate will have the ability to work with corporate clients, be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrated attention to detail, be a team player, and the ability to assist in the development of plans and written technical specifications.
