As the Director of Human Resources, Tina Kennedy is responsible for the well-being of more than 90 employees. It’s an important role and one that directly translates into employee and client satisfaction. "Our employees are the cornerstone of our business," Tina is known to say.

As the head of HR, Tina is instrumental in recruiting top-rate talent to C&P and for making sure that all employees have current credentials and licensure.

Since joining the C&P team in 2005, she has been a key player in the growth and success of the company.
