When you think of James Brown, your first thoughts may drift to music or football. Cuhaci & Peterson is pleased to add their very own James (Jay) Brown to this celebrated list because his architectural landscaping talents are legendary.

With more than two decades in the landscaping industry and 15-plus years as a landscape architect, Jay brings a wealth of experience and ideas to the drawing table. Project themeing and guidelines, value engineering to reduce budget without compromising design, project estimation, and amenity and landscape design, name only a few of the strengths he offers C&P clients.

Jay’s landscaping resume is quite extensive and encompasses commercial as well as residential projects. Although one of the newest members of the C&P leadership team, his contributions can already be seen around and outside the office. "I’m most at home when I’m outside the front door – it’s my responsibility to make sure the landscape design is a positive reflection and extension of the buildings we create."
