A senior member of the Cuhaci & Peterson team, Jed Downs has amassed a long list of professional accomplishments since starting with C&P in 1980. "From the very beginning, I knew that my passion was much better suited for a small company I could grow with, rather than with a big company that simply continues to grow". And grow he and C&P has! A key figure in the development of the firm, Jed is an essential member of the management team and shares significant responsibility for continued client satisfaction and company success.

"It’s all about digging in and rolling up your sleeves – from contract negotiations, to permitting, to staff management and construction supervisions, everyone has to be working together and on the same page". His down to earth, yet assertive business style results in strong, long-term relationships and continues to foster strong long-lasting relationships with C&P employees.

Jed is a member of the American Institute of Architecture (AIA), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Board.
