What else can you say about a woman who earned the “Hard Work and Outstanding Dedication” award based on customer and management feedback? To make a long story short, plenty!

Betsy Englert is Cuhaci and Peterson’s Director of Finance and the only non-A/E owner of C&P. Betsy started her career at the American Pioneer Title Insurance Company as an escrow clerk and earned her way up the corporate ladder to the position of Assistant Controller before joining C&P in 1998. As the Director of Finance, Betsy provides accounting and administrative support capabilities to assure adequate controls for operations, measurement and reporting systems. "I like to think of what I do with C&P as more than accounting for numbers – I look at my job as collecting and packaging the bits and pieces of the ideas that have been put into action."

Betsy finds the most rewarding part of her position at C&P to be the feedback she receives from her team members and C&P clients. "Knowing that I finished a project to the best of my abilities and to the benefit of all is what keeps me happy," she says. "Working for a company that truly cares about its people is what keeps me here."
