Cuhaci & Peterson Architects Awarded Contracts to Design Renovations for Two T.J. Maxx Stores

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Cuhaci & Peterson Architects LLC, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, was awarded contracts to design interior renovations for two T.J. Maxx stores – one located on Howell Branch Road at S.R. 436 in Casselberry and another in Kissimmee on Loop West Road and John Young Parkway. The Howell Branch location is the space of the former Publix Grocery store that was relocated within the same center and was also completed by Cuhaci & Peterson.
Lonnie Peterson, chairman at Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, said construction of the 25,000 square foot store in Casselberry will be complete by the end of September and the store in Kissimmee is now open.
Diversified Development of Cleveland, developer of Casselberry Commons, and the Wilder Company of Boston, developer of The Loop West, awarded the contracts.
