Chris is a registered architect, owner and Principal at C&P. He leads a group that specializes in commercial retail design and development. While the main focus of his team is large scale retail (power centers, lifestyle centers and mixed-use developments), they also provide design services associated with smaller projects, many of which are focused on the tenant improvement build-outs within those retail centers. With almost 40 years of experience, Chris has practiced many types of architecture from small and large scale residential, government, institutional and commercial, with both a private and public firms. He’s been with Cuhaci & Peterson since 2002, where he shares his passion for the industry. Chris believes in “Getting things right the first time” and appreciates long lasting relationships both professionally and personally (as he’s been married for 30+ years).

Chris graduated from the University of Miami, School of Architecture, is a National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) certificate holder, member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). His certifications include Certified Green Globes Professional and LEED Accredited Professional with Building Design + Construction Specialty.
