Manager of Business Development
“Always keep challenging yourself. Look at life almost like one long University education that you’ve never had – every day you learn something new.” - Sir Richard Branson, Virgin Group
With 20 years in the design and construction industry, Bill Tomala has had the opportunity to become well versed in all that it takes to get a project from pro forma to grand opening. Prior to joining the business development team his focus was on the government relations side of the industry, helping to build C&P’s permitting department as the Manager of Permitting. Bill’s in-depth understanding of not only the industry, but the firm made him an obvious choice to be a part of expanding C&P’s presence in the A/E/C industry.
Bill has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida and is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he currently serves as the Florida Government Relations Chair. Additionally, he is active with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Florida Zoning and Planning Association (FPZA). When he’s not working, you’ll more than likely find Bill either cheering on his Georgia Bulldogs or on the golf course.
